4 weeks

You would be just over four weeks old now. Last night I went to a friends to hang out with a group of girls, I wasn't expecting to see a tiny baby girl who was the same age you would be. When I first saw her I knew she was about your age, once I actually heard how old she was, I just stared at her, and then needed to leave the room before too many tears fell. I cried a little bit while hiding in the bathroom, wishing I could have my tiny four week old with me too. Thankfully the friends house  I was at knows all about you and would have been fine if I had decided to leave. I stayed, and watched the show with the girls and kept my eye on the baby, hoping she wouldn't get too close to me. I would love to have you close though, see how much you've grown, count your tiny fingers and toes, and just cover you in kisses...
